This is the package for couples who want to be involved without being buried in emails, decisions, and everything else that comes with wedding planning. Planning starts 12+ months out, get organized immediately, and we take the lead. While you pop in for the fun parts and final approvals.

Includes all planning packages above, plus:

  • Planning partnership beginning 12+ months out from your wedding date

  • Vendor sourcing, recommendations, outreach, and booking support

  • Budget creation, tracking, and *friendly reality checks

  • Design and decor planning from big picture to final details

  • Ongoing vendor communication and logistics management

  • Regular planning meetings throughout the process

  • Attendance at key meetings, tastings, and walkthroughs

  • You want someone else running the master plan

Destination Weddings are for couples planning a celebration outside their home base. Whether that’s mountain town, remote venue, or somewhere that requires planes, trains, and automobiles (and a solid plan).

We help you navigate vendor sourcing from afar, build a realistic timeline, manage travel-related details, and make sure nothing gets lost in translation (or time zones). From planning through the wedding weekend itself, we’re there to keep everything organized, intentional, and a whole lotta fun!

Includes all planning packages above, plus:

  • Customized planning support based on location, guest count, and scope

  • Vendor sourcing and coordination specific to your destination

  • Travel aware timeline and logistics planning

  • Design and layout consideration based on your venue

  • Ongoing communication and planning support

  • On-site coordination throughout the wedding weekend

Travel Fee + Accomodations

For venues located over 50 miles round trip from Denver, a mileage fee of $0.70 per miles will be added to the final package proposal.

If your venue is more than 50 miles one way, a two-night minimum will be required, billed at $250 per night, and included in the final package proposal.
